First test on the refitted Track Robot. Originally built in 1998, and used in several shows as well as some very early SRL web telerobotics (1998-1999). The electronics died and we couldnt locate the engineer who built and programmed the control or find any documentation on his work, so a new updated control and wiring were fabricated and installed. Worked first try! Next an Oculus Rift 3d telepresense system will be fitted as well as a large 3 finger underactuated gripper that can rotate for chemical mixing, ass grabbing, etc.
